2.1 Bachelor’s degree in quality or relevant engineering discipline, or related field.
2.2 At least 3 years’ experience in QM inspection and testing in pipe manufacturing field.
2.3 Strong planning and operations skills, especially with executing inspection, testing, and evaluation methods.
2.4 Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
2.6 Knowledge of MS software programs and document management software.
2.7 Experience in document management process and manual inspection methodologies.
2.9 Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments.
2.11 Knowledge of data analysis and statistical methods.
3.1 Ensure the QMS is documented, implemented and communicated at the relevant levels and functions within the organization.
3.2 Maintain clear and concise work standards, goals and provide training for QC inspectors.
3.3 Provides leadership for quality control support activities in manufacturing areas or projects to ensure that products or services meet costumer requirements.
3.4 Ensures QC inspectors follow the API specification requirements applicable to their work scope.
3.5 Develop and maintain inspection department related key performance indicators (KPI).
3.6 Oversee and maintain schedules for quality control inspector certification programs.
