Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a QC Assistant to support our Quality Control Manager. This role will help ensure materials and processes meet required standards and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Assist the QC Manager in daily testing of asphalt.
•
Collect and document field and lab data
•
Help maintain equipment calibration and cleanliness
•
Support the preparation of reports and compliance documentation
•
Perform quality checks at job sites as needed
•
Maintain safety and quality standards at all times
Qualifications:
•
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or technical degree a plus)
•
Prior experience in construction or materials testing is preferred, but not required
•
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
•
Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
•
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
•
Willingness to work in outdoor conditions
