Quality Production Associate

In this position you will be reporting directly to Quality Lead - Assembly and will be responsible for manufacturing quality readiness of the Welland facility. You will support quality processes related to the manufacturing of new units and collaborate cross-functionally within the Waukesha business unit. You will utilize and expand your understanding of quality theories, analytical practices, continuous improvement concepts, and coordination principles in all parts of the manufacturing function pertaining to Product Quality. You will provide technical guidance, conduct investigative analysis, and leverage interdisciplinary inputs to deliver a high-quality product to our customers while ensuring adherence to internal quality procedures. Primary Responsibilities:* Planning and execution of all Quality Assurance activities to ensure produced products comply and conform to all regulatory, QMS, customer, and Engineering requirements.

Qualifications/Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree in the appropriate discipline and 5+ years of relevant experience or an Advanced degree in the appropriate discipline and 3 years of relevant experience. In the absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required.
