Kustom is seeking a Reconstruction Project Manager for our office servicing the Seattle region.

Location: Lynnwood, WA

Salary Range: $80k - $100k + Commissions

Highlights of the role:

+ Develop and nurture relationships with all project stakeholders. + Ensure clear, consistent, and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle. + Conduct regular site visits, oversee quality, safety, and compliance, and coordinate with the Project Director. + Manage materials and labor, ensuring efficient resource use and adherence to project budgets. + Obtain necessary permits and manage building inspections to comply with regulatory and code requirements. + Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering quality and timely results. + Monitor project budgets in collaboration with the Project Director. + Ensure complete closure of projects and preparation for final invoicing.
