Key Responsibilities:
•Lead & Motivate: Recruit, train, and manage a sales team of high-level performers. Instill best practices and a winning mindset.
•Drive Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans that capture market opportunities in roofing, exteriors, and solar.
•Performance Management: Track team metrics, deliver coaching, and ensure strong sales results.
•Hands-On Leadership: Occasionally step into the field to demonstrate expert sales techniques and customer interactions.
What We’re Looking For:
•Proven Retail Sales Success: A solid track record of hitting or exceeding targets. (Roofing, construction, or solar experience is a plus.)
•Leadership Experience: Expertise in managing and scaling a top-performing sales team.
•Results-Focused: Motivated by reaching ambitious goals, coaching a team, and maximizing revenue.
•Excellent Communication: Skilled at building relationships, driving team morale, and ensuring accountability.
•Local Presence: Valid driver’s license and knowledge of Kansas City and surrounding markets.
