Note: This is an onsite position based out of our offices in Little Rock, AR. The selected candidate will be placed as an Analyst II, III, or Senior depending on education, experience, and demonstrated success at the analyst level. There is no relocation assistance available for this posting.
Responsible for ensuring alignment between emerging regulatory requirements, corporate goals and objectives, and continuity with historic perspectives, policies, and rate schedules. Provides strategic and tactical input in support of filing preparations. Additionally, interprets proper application of service policies, rate applications, and service standards as filed when unique or ambiguous situations present themselves, supporting peers in Customer Service as well as Regulatory Affairs. Interfaces regularly with Commission staff members and performs essential duties in the development, review, and presentation of testimony in appropriate areas. Responsible for packing and delivery of filing materials.
