We are looking for a

to join our Weather & Climate Research team! The role of Weather & Climate team is to deliver data-driven analysis and commentaries to support our internal partners and clients alike, as our customers worldwide rely on our expertise to make their trading and investment decisions. The team develops proprietary fundamental and price forecasting models and produces the forward looking view of supply, demand, and prices, where weather and climate data and insights are inherent in many of these forecasts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the production of weather commentaries and proprietary weather outlooks across the globe as well as understanding and presenting impacts on Commodities markets, including Agriculture, Power, Gas, and more. This will require the specialist to have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and be able to work quickly and in some cases on a tight schedule. Team member will need to collaborate with others across various teams to not only produce written and automated content, but also to market and expose the content with clients.

LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $108,700 - $181,300.

Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP/”bonus plan”). Target AIP rates will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience. LSEG roles (excluding internships and part-time roles of less than 20 hours per week) are typically eligible for inclusion in our LSEG Benefits program, which includes offerings of: Annual Wellness Allowance, Paid time-off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending & Health Savings Options, Prescription Drug plan, 401(K) Savings Plan and Company match.
