MINIMUM OF 1 YEAR IN THE FIELD AS A RESIDENTIAL HVAC TECH
Reports To: Lead Service Tech
Required Qualifications
•
Minimum 1 year of experience in the field.
•
EPA Certified
•
TDLR Registered as Technician
•
Clean driving record
•
Clean background check
Additional compensation
•
Spiff for planned maintenance agreements and system replacements.
•
Commissions for repairs sold
