Responsibilities

- Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in residential settings using hand tools and power tools.

- Troubleshoot electrical issues, conduct voltage and resistance tests, and ensure compliance with NEC regulations.

- Handle high and low voltage systems, conduct renovations, and collaborate with construction teams.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Residential Service Electrician position should possess core skills such as proficiency with hand tools, voltmeter, and power tools, along with experience in low voltage systems and electrical work. Premium skills in programmable logic controllers and industrial or commercial electrician experience are highly valued. Relevant skills in construction site work, blueprint reading, and familiarity with high voltage systems and renovation projects will be beneficial for success in this role.
