Shift Energy Group is seeking a Residential System Designer to join our Design team in Victoria, BC. This role is pivotal in developing solar design layouts and proposal packages for residential PV solar installations and working across the organization with sales, project management, and installation teams to ensure clients' needs are met.

The Residential System Designer will design and develop proposals, site plans and drawings for solar PV projects, considering geography, physical layouts, solar racking type, solar panel and inverter type, service size, electrical design, project constraints, project goals, and relevant codes.
Location: This position is onsite at our Victoria office and does not offer remote work options.
