Overview

Full Service American/Mediterranean Dining in Restaurant in Orange County is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure our establishment delivers exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for the hospitality industry. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining inventory control, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations while fostering a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities

Experienced and high-performing restaurant leader with a strong sense of hospitality and a passion for excellence. A true ambassador of our brand and products, committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading by example.

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service.

•

Manage inventory control for food and alcoholic drinks, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.

•

Lead and train staff in hospitality management practices, food handling, and customer service excellence.

•

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.

•

Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner to ensure satisfaction.

•

Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.

•

Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.

•

Promote teamwork among staff through effective communication and motivation.

•

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant environment.

Qualifications

•

Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.

•

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.

•

Knowledge of inventory control processes and food management practices.

•

Familiarity with bartending is required.

•

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

•

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

•
