Kiwi II Construction, Inc., the leader in the self-storage industry for over 30 years, is seeking a full time AutoCad Drafter. Kiwi II specializes in standard self-storage construction, light gauge steel systems, pre-engineered steel construction, multi-story storage, and RV storage buildings.

Wage: Competitive Salary based on experience

AutoCad Drafter job responsibilities:

· Create accurate, professional drawings in Revit and AutoCad using our established details and methods to assemble a complete package.

· Download plan files, plotting plans, electronic filing and general upkeep.

· Proficient in blue-print reading and general framing construction.

· Communicate effectively with our internal sales and engineering team to gather structural requirements for designs.

Revit Drafter Required Skills & Experience:

· Must be proficient in Revit Cad Software, Bluebeam and Microsoft 365

· Strong problem-solving skills

· Good written and verbal communication skills

· High moral standards and strong work ethic

· Ability to work with minimal supervision

· Thoroughness and reliability

· Superior organizational skills and the ability to multitask on strict deadlines

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
