Reporting to the Pre-Fab Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient operation and monitoring of automated roll forming machines used in the production of various steel profiles and components. This role involves setting up equipment according to precise job specifications, ensuring material alignment and product consistency, and performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting. Attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety are essential for success in this position.

We offer competitive starting wages beginning at $25.00-$28.00 per hour, with final rates determined by your experience, skill level, and how well you align with the role. We appreciate dedication and commitment, and we conduct thorough performance reviews after three months and annually to acknowledge outstanding work and support employee growth.
