Safety Instructor

Overview We are seeking a dedicated Health and Safety Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for educating individuals on various health and safety protocols in a classroom setting. Duties - Develop and deliver engaging health and safety training programs - Instruct on topics such as OSHA regulations, automotive repair safety, welding safety, HVAC safety, and plumbing safety - Create and update curriculum materials to ensure relevance and accuracy - Utilize logic controllers to simulate real-world scenarios for training purposes - Educate individuals on best practices for maintaining a safe work environment - Demonstrate proper procedures for handling hazardous materials - Build hands-on training exercises to enhance learning experiences Qualifications - Experience in automotive repair, welding, HVAC, or plumbing is preferred - Proficiency in logic controllers and classroom instruction techniques - Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols - Ability to develop engaging curriculum materials - Strong communication skills to effectively educate participants
