•
Greet and assess customer cabinet needs in a welcoming and professional manner.
•
Proactively call, inquire, and search for new business opportunities.
•
Provide expert product knowledge and guidance on cabinet materials, finishes, and custom options.
•
Prepare accurate, detailed quotes and follow up with clients in a timely manner.
•
Assist customers with design selections and layout planning to ensure satisfaction.
•
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
•
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by offering outstanding service and support.
•
Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly sales goals.
•
Maintain the showroom appearance and ensure all displays are current and visually appealing.
•
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
•
Attend product training sessions and stay informed on new products, trends, and industry developments.
•
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, Interior Design, or a related field is a plus.
•
3+ years of experience using 2020 Design Software.
•
Field experience to understand the requirements for different cabinet specifications and installations.
•
Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the home improvement or cabinetry industry.
•
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
•
Proficiency with sales software and Microsoft Office.
•
Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
