Sales Associate

Salesperson Associate needed for a Vernal, Utah lumber/hardware store. Greet and assist customers, answer questions, sales to customers, enter sales in computer, take payments, issue tickets, purchasing, receiving, stocking shelves, answering phones, cleaning, organizing product/display and other duties as assigned. Preference given to sales/construction background. Ability to read plans and blueprints a plus. Prefer computer literacy, will train on company computer systems. Will operate forklift and company will certify. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. often and up to 80 lbs. as needed, bend, stand and stoop to fulfill job requirements. Must have a valid drivers license with clean driving record, no DUI's to operate company vehicles. Position is full time and schedule is Monday through Saturday with a day off during the week. Must be available to work as scheduled. Salary is negotiable based on experience.
