Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales and marketing efforts. Reporting to the Managing Director, you'll play a key role in driving sales productivity, developing marketing programs, and assisting with proposal preparation. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational and communication skills, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a basic understanding of sales and marketing.
· Support the sales team by scheduling appointments and ensuring they have the latest sales materials.
· Communicate with clients to provide assistance and gather feedback.
· Handle urgent customer inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate logistics (e.g., delivery dates, marketing events).
· Process orders and quotations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth sales and delivery operations.
· Maintain and organize sales records and reports.
· Manage marketing and travel budgets, coordinating sales team travel.
· Represent the company’s brand at trade shows, events, and industry meetings.
· Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
· Maintain a positive and professional company image at all times.
· Be the first point of contact for office visitors, both in person and via phone.
· Serve as EA for Managing Director as needed and any sales-related tasks.

· Some college experience in business, administration or marketing.
· Experience as a sales coordinator or in administration.
· Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
· The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
· Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
· Avid Reader – Must have an eagerness for reading industry trends, solutions available in the marketplace to customer problems, customer strategic plans, industry reports etc. Must be an avid reader of business books and trade magazines to be able to quote examples from the industry that are applicable to customer and company issues.
· Presentation Skills – Briefing customers on SIDUS capabilities and solutions to customer issues. Presenting seminars and speaking in Industry conferences.
· Writing Skills – Developing white papers to address customer issues and challenges would be a mandatory requirement. Participating in the proposal development and writing the executive summary.
· Research Skills – Ability to do independent research on topics relating to customer, competition and technology.
· Trust Building skills – Must understand that trust is built over a period of time by doing professional favors and making periodic deposits to customer’s emotional accounts.
· Eagerness to grow within the department and company.
