Primary Responsibilities:
•Set performance metrics for District Sales personnel that assist in clear objectives for them.
•Work with them to develop sales plans to obtain and increase customer spend.
•Facilitate communication between the shop and the district operation.
•Communicate opportunities to the Account Managers and Strategic Account Managers.
•Establish and nourish relationships with District Strategic Customers.
•Ensure that effective processes are in place and are used that communicate customer needs, such as the Sales Pipeline.
•Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate company goals.
•Sales forecasting activities and set performance goals.
•Review market analysis to determine customer needs, pricing, and district alignment.
•Manage, budget, and control expenses to meet financial objectives.
•Analyze the sale to identify areas of improvement.
•Recruit, train, and lead the team, setting the target, and motivating team members.
Job Requirements:
•Observes and follows safety regulations. Conducts periodic safety meetings.
•Adheres to all HSE requirements.
Experience and Education:
•B.S. in Business or equivalent.
•It requires drilling-related experience in either field operations or tools.
•Experienced in selling at all levels
•A minimum of 3 years in a supervisor sales capacity.
Pay Range:
•$140,000 - $170,000 annually
