Colortec Powder Coating is a family-owned and operated business in Sevierville, Tennessee. We serve customers in the architectural, automotive, marine, and industrial sectors. Colortec provides both powder coating and sandblasting services.

At Colortec our mission is to serve the customer and treat their project, big or small, as if it were our own. Not an aggressive high pressure sales pitch but rather help the customer accomplish their goals.

```Duties```

- Maintain relationships with current clients and procure new clients

- Be able to learn and handle sales via estimates and invoicing

- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate office supplies

- Maintain and update office policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations

- Handle front desk duties such as greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and responding to emails

- Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling pick up and deliveries, managing powder inventory

- Proven experience in office management or a similar role

- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail

- Proficient in front desk operations and customer service

- Excellent administrative skills, including proficiency in Quickbooks and Microsoft Office

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
