We are a highly trusted and reputable painting company, known for delivering top-quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Sales Rep to drive new business, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and ensure clear communication with customers and key team members to support a smooth sales experience.
Client Consultations: Perform on-site consultations to assess project needs, build rapport with customers, and address/resolve specific challenges.
Proposal & Estimating: Prepare and present detailed estimates and proposals that align with client expectations and company standards.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners and decision-makers throughout the sales cycle.
Follow-Up & Closing: Follow up consistently to answer questions, overcome objections, and close sales.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Project Managers and the office team to ensure seamless project handoff and client satisfaction.
CRM & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in various company software programs.
Sales Performance: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Customer Satisfaction & Reputation: Maintain our reputation as one of the most trusted contractors in the area by providing outstanding customer service.
✔ Sales and estimating experience required (minimum 2 years) ✔ Construction experience/knowledge is a plus ✔ Excellent customer service skills ✔ Strong communication skills in person, on phone, and in writing ✔ Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects efficiently ✔ Highly organized and detail-oriented
✅ Generous Commission Pay (current estimators $65k -$110k)
