Sales Representative/Project Manager

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Project Manager to join our team. As a Sales Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving business development and managing sales projects. This is a dynamic role that requires strong technical sales skills, the ability to analyze market trends, and excellent account management capabilities.

Duties:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outside sales efforts

- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans and timelines

- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM systems to track sales activities and manage customer information

- Conduct negotiations with clients to secure new contracts and favorable terms

- Provide regular updates on project status to senior management

Requirements:

- Proven experience in technical sales or business development roles

- Strong knowledge of sales principles and techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems

- Ability to analyze market data and make strategic recommendations

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
