Job Description:
UES is currently seeking a Certified Salesforce Administrator with strong expertise in Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) to support the operation and ongoing development of our Salesforce platform across utility clients and program teams. This position will play a central role in configuring and optimizing Salesforce, with a strong emphasis on Field Service Lightning, which is critical to our field operations and program delivery.
The successful candidate will have deep knowledge of FSL and proven experience designing, configuring, and maintaining scalable service operations within the Salesforce FSL and FSL mobile app ecosystem. This individual will be responsible for enabling operational scalability, driving platform improvements, and ensuring Salesforce continues to evolve to meet the needs of diverse internal stakeholders and programs.
Key Responsibilities
•Design, configure, and implement platform changes across Salesforce, with a core focus on Field Service Lightning (FSL), including service appointments, work orders, dispatcher console, scheduling policies, and mobile capabilities.
•Build and manage Salesforce Experience Cloud portals, including public-facing pages that incorporate appointment scheduling and service request flows.
•Configure and deploy mobile app features for field users, including offline access, custom mobile flows, and screen visibility rules.
•Maintain platform configuration using Flows, page layouts, dynamic forms, record types, dashboards, reports, and approval processes.
•Manage user access, security, and licensing through roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
•Ensure data integrity using tools such as Data Loader, validation rules, and duplicate prevention in Flows.
•Coordinate deployments using sandboxes, change sets, and version control processes.
•Respond to user support requests, triage platform issues, and ensure timely resolution in coordination with internal and external teams.
•Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather business requirements; translate them into detailed user stories with appropriate estimates and documentation.
•Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives; manage Jira updates and deliverables accordingly.
•Develop and maintain user and system documentation, including training guides, release notes, and process documentation.
•Deliver training and support for internal program teams and field staff to maximize platform adoption and effectiveness.
•Monitor user adoption and platform performance; proactively identify opportunities for platform improvements and automation.
•Stay current on Salesforce platform releases, FSL updates, and best practices; evaluate and apply enhancements as appropriate.
Experience Required:
•Bachelor’s Degree required.
•Salesforce Administrator Certification
•Salesforce Field Service Consultant Certification
•4+ years of experience in a Salesforce Administrator or related role.
•Minimum 1 year of direct experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL), including implementation and ongoing administration.
•Experience developing and maintaining Experience Cloud portals, particularly those incorporating scheduling and customer self-service functionality.
•Experience configuring and deploying Salesforce mobile apps, including Field Service Mobile configurations and offline-first capabilities.
•Proficiency in Agile team environments using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
•Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
