Senior Director of Client Services

Job Summary

Senior Director of Client Services position is a strategic role that will ensure client retention while contributing to the onboarding of new clients. SDCS will serve as primary managerial level customer contact, direct Performance Management, lead business reviews and contribute to workflow improvements within client base. Employee shall make sure TWC is continuously delivering an extraordinary customer experience every day.

Key Responsibilities:

o Ensuring Performance Management services are executed per established process

o Responding promptly to senior level client issues

o Continuously visiting all assigned properties to check quality of work

o Communicating all high-level needs with Chief Operating Officer

o Scheduling, planning and directing Business Review Meetings

o Regularly visiting customer management team

o Working with other TWC Department needs when requested

o Develop strong relationships with all client contacts and TWC managers

o Work with sales employees on client presentations, onboarding and communications

o General troubleshooting of workflow issues and developing solutions

o Entertain clients when appropriate; lunch, dinners, events, etc.

Additional Requirements:

o Though TS-SCI w/Poly clearance is not required, it is a plus. Employee must be able to obtain with assistance from TWC. Must have clean criminal history

o Prompt response times and sense of urgency with TWC and client at all times

o Ownership of customer communication when necessary and/or appropriate

o Reporting any high-level comments, questions or concerns to Director or Chief Operating Officer

o Maintain clean driving record

o Adhere to TWC Code of Ethics and Conduct

o Must maintain a professional and respectful attitude at all times

o Hours may go beyond standard business hour and/or 40 hours per week.

o Contribute to TWC Strategic Meetings

Additional Comments:

TWC considers the first 90 days of employment to be the “performance period”. If applicant is able to execute duties, they will be hired as permanent Senior Director of Client Services Failure to execute duties during this period may result in TWC opting to not hire/promote permanently.
