As a

Financial Analyst

, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial success of our operations. You’ll work closely with leadership to provide financial reporting, in-depth analysis, and strategic recommendations that improve efficiency and drive profitability. This is an opportunity to be a key player in problem-solving operational financial challenges while implementing meaningful improvements.

What You’ll Do:

•

Collaborate with Operations leadership to analyze financial performance and support decision-making

•

Develop forecasts, budgets, and cost analyses to drive profitability

•

Identify process improvements and implement key cost-saving initiatives

•

Provide insights into financial and operational goals, recommending strategic actions

•

Lead month-end close activities, including journal entries, variance analysis, and financial reporting

•

Evaluate accounting policies, internal controls, and reporting processes—then take the lead in optimizing them

•

Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting

What You Bring: Required:

•

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance

•

3+ years of accounting/finance experience (preferably in manufacturing)

•

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

•

Ability to interpret and present complex financial data in a clear, actionable way

•

Experience leading and implementing process improvements

•

Proficiency in ERP and financial systems

•

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Preferred:

•

MBA, CPA, or progress toward certification

•

5+ years of experience in finance/accounting within a manufacturing environment

•

Experience with QAD, Oracle, Hyperion, or similar systems

•

Familiarity with Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and financial analysis models (ROI, NPV, IRR)
