About the Role

We’re looking for a seasoned Inside Sales Representative with strong valve industry experience to join our team in Corpus Christi. In this role, you'll be the critical link between our customers, outside sales force, and operations team—owning the process of responding to inquiries, sourcing materials, and generating accurate, timely quotes for valve services and products. If you're a skilled communicator, technically minded, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to speak with you.

Key Responsibilities

•

Review customer inquiries, specifications, and scope of work to develop clear and competitive quotations for valve repair and service work.

•

Collaborate with suppliers to obtain pricing, lead times, and technical solutions.

•

Ensure quotes are entered accurately into our business system and tracked to completion.

•

Communicate proactively with customers, outside sales reps, and shop personnel to ensure alignment on customer needs, pricing, and timelines.

•

Support order conversion, service execution, and customer follow-up as needed.

Required Qualifications

•

Minimum 4 years of inside sales or customer service experience in the valve industry; degree preferred but not required.

•

Strong working knowledge of valves, valve terminology, and related products and services.

•

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); experience with ERP or quoting systems a plus.

•

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.

•

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a high-paced environment.

•

Team-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency and customer-first attitude.

•

Proven experience negotiating with customers and suppliers.

Work Environment

This is an on-site position located at our Corpus Christi facility.

•

Occasional overtime or schedule flexibility may be required to meet customer demands.
