Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company's IT department, ensuring the smooth operation of all information systems and networks.
Responsibilities
•
Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives to support the company's objectives
•
Manage IT staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
•
Oversee the security of IT systems and networks
•
Ensure the proper functioning of hardware, software, and network infrastructure
•
Collaborate with other departments to identify and address IT needs
•
Lead IT projects from planning to execution
•
Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and industry best practices
Skills
•
Strong organizational skills to effectively manage IT projects and resources
•
Proficiency in VMWare, IIS, Azure, Cisco routers, Excel, SQL, and databases
•
Experience working in an Agile environment
•
Leadership abilities to guide and motivate IT teams
