Senior Oil & Gas Title Attorney/Chief Title Counsel

Oil & Gas Title Attorney with experience rendering drilling and division order title opinions covering Oklahoma and Texas oil & gas interests. The attorney must have a solid foundation in Mid-Continent (OK & TX) mineral title, working interest title, HBP & depth severed title, federal and Indian restrictions, OCC, RRC, and other regulatory implications, along with excellent curative direction. Prior title opinion experience is a must. This is a management heavy role that involves direct management of title attorneys, landman staff, and client relationships, as well as a dedicated business development element.
