We are looking for a Senior Process Engineer, Productivity and Operational Technology, to join the Processing Technical Team at our modernized aluminum smelter, in Kitimat, BC. If you are a technical person with passion for increasing productivity and delivering value, this could be an interesting role for you!

This is a great opportunity for a curious, team-oriented individual to contribute to a culture of safety, reduce inefficiencies and deliver value through refining process operating interfaces to instil robust operating envelopes and making knowledge available for all people interfacing with equipment.

Reporting to the Manager, Process Technical, and working a Monday to Friday schedule, you will be:

The base salary range for this role is $113,600 - $170,400 CAD in addition to allowances, bonus, equity, health or retirement benefits, and any other discretionary benefits offered at Rio Tinto. Our base salary ranges are based on role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by the skills, experience, and impact you bring to the role.
