About This Role

The Senior Technical Product Manager will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our enterprise software and IT systems. This position requires a broad-based skillset with a strong emphasis on understanding and addressing internal customer needs, developing strategic roadmaps, prioritizing tasks, acting as a product owner, and driving outcomes. The scope of work includes development and deployment of Agentic AI for workflow automation and productivity enhancements.

Hours & Compensation

This is a full-time position paying $120,825 – $181,238 + discretionary bonuses. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Individual placement within a salary range will vary based upon factors including but not limited to candidate experience, knowledge, individual, skills, and organizational performance.
