We have a Renewable Energy
client seeking to hire a
Service Contract Management Specialistto join their team
remotely. In this role, you will lead contract development and management across North American markets, serving as the primary interface with clients and ensuring service agreements align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
•
Develop and implement contract management strategies and procedures aligned with company goals.
•
Maintain comprehensive databases for service contract components.
•
Collaborate with service and sales teams to enhance processes and improve efficiency.
•
Analyze and negotiate service stipulations within Master Service Agreements and Individual Service Agreements.
•
Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from drafting to finalization.
•
Work closely with sales teams to negotiate non-standard contract terms.
•
Ensure service scopes in Statements of Work are accurately reflected in final pricing.
•
Oversee subcontractor agreements and warranty document amendments.
•
Address contract disputes, claims, and terminations proactively.
•
Maintain accurate and thorough contract documentation in company databases.
Qualifications:
•
Minimum 3 years of experience in contract administration.
•
Prior
experience in the service and renewable energy sectors
is preferred.
•
Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills.
•
Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
•
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
•
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
•
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
•
Familiarity with sales processes and project delivery methodologies.
