At Big Mountain, an HVAC Service Technician is to deliver exceptional customer service to our customers. This includes in-depth diagnostics to find root-issues, thorough & regular customer communications, quality craftsmanship/craftswomanship & a genuine sense of caring for our customer's.

Job Responsibilities:

•

Extensive diagnostics & a thorough evaluation of the HVAC system to understand root issues utilizing company checklists/forms & strucutre.

•

Transparent & friendly communications to our customer's related to your findings & documentation in the form a various pricing options.

•

Perform all HVAC repairs &/or replacements to applicable codes, as required.

•

Gather photos/videos on ever service call, adhere to company checklists & structure to ensure a thorough experience.

•

Regular iPad & mobile phone use completing all required Service Titan forms.

•

Service Van material inventory daily. Submit restocking purchase orders, as needed, daily.

•

Other duties as they are assigned.

Requirements:

•

EPA Certified within 90 days of hire.

•

Have a minimum of 1 to 3 years of verifiable work experience in the HVAC industry or we will train the right Technician to be the best in the industry.

•

Knowledge of the fundamental operations of residential air conditioning, heating, and ventilation equipment.

•

Able to complete basic & advanced diagnostics with refrigerant, electrical, and duct systems on on a regular basis.

•

Must be willing to work a flexible schedule (including weekends).

•

Must be able to use a computer tablet, smart phone and read a map or follow GPS.

•

Valid driver’s license, and approved to drive by Company’s insurance carrier.

Pay Rate: 100% Commission Based Role.
