Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of Van Buren, AR Plant.

Specific responsibilities may include:

•

Meet with Supervisors daily on production issues, work schedules, and quality problems.

•

Create daily, monthly and weekly production reports

•

Plans and schedules work to meet production requirements while making effective use of labor, material, and equipment.

•

Supervises personnel to maintain production within compliance.

•

Audits production processes to ensure quality and safety standards are met.

•

Evaluates selection of new employees in hiring process.

•

Conducts training on new procedures and oversees new hire training.

•

Maintains a safe and healthy working environment and conducts regular safety meetings.

•

Coaches and reviews performance of direct reports.

•

Administer effective discipline when required.

•

Troubleshoot equipment problems and dispatch maintenance resources to maximize equipment uptime.

•

On call 24/7 as required for specific situations

•

Ensure production record keeping is completed in an accurate and timely manner

•

Support and participate in the organization’s Continual Improvement Program to conform to API Q1/ISO 9001 requirements by complying with the Quality Policy and procedures and meeting QMS objectives.

•

Understand the implications of not conforming with QMS requirements.

•

Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 48 per week
