Job Overview
The Shipping Department plays a crucial role in ensuring that products are accurately prepared and dispatched to our customers in a timely manner. We are seeking dedicated individuals who are detail-oriented and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position involves various tasks related to the shipping process, including packaging, labeling, and coordinating shipments.
Responsibilities
•
Label packages accurately, ensuring all shipping documentation is complete.
•
Operate shipping equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
•
Maintain an organized work area to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with safety regulations.
•
Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping goals and deadlines.
•
Conduct quality checks on outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and prevent errors.

Qualifications
•
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
•
Previous experience in a shipping or warehouse environment.
•
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
•
Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks as needed.
•
Mechanical knowledge is a plus.
•
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
•
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
