Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Shop Assistant to join our team in a manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks related to production and assembly, ensuring the smooth operation of the shop floor.

Responsibilities

- Utilize power tools and hand tools to assemble and fabricate products

- Support the manufacturing process in a warehouse or factory setting

- Work on an assembly line to complete tasks efficiently

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace

- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment

- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times

Skills

- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools

- Mechanical knowledge to work effectively in a manufacturing environment

- Familiarity with assembly line operations

- Experience with forklift operation is a plus
