Job Title: Shop Helper

Job Description:
Micon Products Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team as a Shop Helper. This position involves a range of responsibilities crucial to supporting our daily operations, including cutting steel and sand blasting. Please note that heavy lifting is required.
Responsibilities:
•
Cutting steel
•
Grinding steel
•
Sand blasting
•
Shop clean up
•
Unloading steel bars by hand
•
General shop help where needed
Skills and Attributes:
•
Mechanically aptitude and hands-on experience in similar roles
•
Heavy lifting is required
•
Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic
•
Work safely in a fabricating shop environment
•
Team player with excellent communication skills
•
Capable of working both independently and under minimal supervision
Schedule:
•
Monday to Friday – 7:00am to 3:30pm
