We're Hiring: Shop Maintenance Assistant Company: Cascio and Sons Construction
Cascio and Sons Construction is looking for a reliable and motivated Shop Maintenance Assistant to join our team. This is a key role within our operations, supporting our fleet, tools, and job sites to keep our projects running smoothly.
Responsibilities include:
•
Performing basic maintenance on company vehicles (e.g., oil changes, fluid checks and breaks)
•
Cleaning and organizing tools, equipment, and the shop area
•
Assisting with tool and equipment maintenance
•
Making deliveries and material/tool pickups as needed
•
Supporting job site clean-up and material handling
•
Performing other general labor tasks to assist team needs
What we're looking for:
•
A team player with a strong work ethic
•
Willingness to jump in wherever needed
•
Valid driver's license
•
Prior experience in vehicle maintenance is required
•
Prior experience in construction support is a plus
•
Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
