About This Job

Overview

We seek an experienced and motivated Sign Layout Specialist / Production Technician to join our dedicated team. This position is a hands-on production position, responsible for making signs and graphics on a variety of materials using leading edge technology. This is a full-time position with normal work hours of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Experience in sign building/construction and vinyl installation is an advantage

Responsibilities

•

Create precise, production-ready computer file layouts for signage and graphics.

•

Send prepared files to production vinyl cutters and desktop laser equipment.

•

Operate advanced printing systems, vinyl cutting machines, desktop laser cutters, and associated production tools.

•

Precisely weed and tape vinyl graphics, ensuring exceptional finished quality.

•

Manage multiple signage projects simultaneously, from initial inquiry through design, production, and installation.

•

Interpret design drawings and collaborate proactively with design and project management teams to clarify specifications and resolve production & layout challenges.

•

Conduct regular quality control checks to uphold ESBEE’s high-quality standards.

•

Contribute proactively to enhancing workflow efficiencies and identifying process improvements.

Skills

•

Minimum 1 year of experience in custom sign layouts, signage production, or a closely related field.

•

Demonstrated proficiency in digital layout using Corel Draw & sign industry layout software, vinyl cutting, laser cutting, and general sign fabrication techniques.

•

Strong collaborative skills, with the capability to communicate effectively across teams
