Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with experience in signage design to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and production processes specific to the signage industry. This role involves creating visual concepts, preparing files for print and fabrication, and ensuring brand consistency across all designs.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Design and develop graphics for a variety of signage formats including channel letters, vinyl graphics, dimensional signs, and digital displays.

•

Create production-ready artwork based on customer specifications and company standards.

•

Prepare proofs for client approval and make revisions as necessary.

•

Collaborate with sales, project managers, and production teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility of designs.

•

Maintain organized design files and adhere to project timelines.

•

Operate design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, etc.) to create precise artwork suitable for large-format printing and CNC production.

•

Understand and apply installation and fabrication constraints in design work.

•

Conduct quality control on design outputs and print files.

Requirements:

•

Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in the sign or print industry.

•

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and/or CorelDRAW.

•

Understanding of sign fabrication and printing processes (vinyl cutting, large-format printing, CNC routing, etc.).

•

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

•

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

•

Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

•

Experience with RIP software and print file preparation is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

•

Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

•

Knowledge of materials used in signage (acrylic, aluminum, vinyl, etc.).

•

Familiarity with ADA signage requirements and wayfinding systems.
