Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Tradesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in various trades, demonstrating proficiency in tasks related to construction and maintenance. As a Tradesman, you will be responsible for executing projects with precision and quality, ensuring that all work meets industry standards and client expectations.
Responsibilities
•
Manage construction tasks including carpentry, painting, caulking and stucco.
•
Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
•
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
•
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
Experience
•
Proven experience in construction or a related field is preferred.
•
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential for success in this role.
