Solar Advisor – South Shore Region

We’re hiring a Solar Advisor to help Nova Scotians go solar and save. In this client-facing role, you’ll generate leads through community outreach and events, guide homeowners through the solar process, and earn strong commissions for self-generated deals. This is a full-time position with earning potential of $50,000–$80,000/year (base + commission).

What You’ll Do:

• Generate leads via door-to-door, events, and local outreach

• Educate clients and guide them through the solar journey

• Present proposals, sign agreements, and ensure satisfaction

• Represent Sunly at events and maintain a high close rate

• Build strong client relationships and earn referrals

What You Bring:

• Passion for sustainability and clean energy

• Experience in customer-facing or B2C roles (sales an asset)

• Great communication and people skills

• Valid driver’s license + reliable vehicle

• Availability for occasional evenings and one Saturday/month
