Sparta Solar, a leading provider of residential solar solutions, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Project Manager to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solar industry experience looking for a flexible, part-time role with the potential to transition to full-time employment over the summer.

About the Role:

As a Part-Time Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient progression of our solar projects from sale to installation. You will be the central point of contact, coordinating between homeowners, installers, and sales representatives, ensuring seamless communication and project success.

Responsibilities:

•

Track and manage solar projects from the point of sale through to final installation.

•

Communicate effectively with homeowners, providing updates and addressing any questions or concerns.

•

Coordinate scheduling and logistics with installation crews.

•

Audit completed installation jobs to ensure all necessary documentation is uploaded and accurate.

•

Serve as a liaison between the installation team, sales representatives, and homeowners, facilitating clear and timely communication.

•

Proactively identify and resolve potential project roadblocks.

•

Maintain accurate records and documentation for all projects.

Qualifications:

•

Proven experience in the solar industry is required.

•

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

•

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

•

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

•

Proficiency with CRM software and other project management tools.

•

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

•

Positive attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
