Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Solar Racker. This is the entry level in the field installation position. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the installation and support of solar racking systems, ensuring that they are securely and efficiently mounted per plans. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of construction, excellent customer service and a passion for renewable energy solutions.
Responsibilities
•
Layout and install solar racking systems in residential and commercial settings.
•
Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of installations.
•
Work with onsite electricians as needed.
•
Keep trucks organized and clean.
•
Communicate with Construction Coordinator and Onsite Lead Installers.
Requirements
•
Previous experience in solar would be great, but we can teach.
•
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
•
A passion for renewable energy and commitment to sustainability practices is essential.

Pay: $24.06 - $28.98 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
