Are you outgoing, energetic, and ready to make a real difference in your community? Firefly Solar is growing fast, and we’re looking for driven individuals to join our face-to-face solar sales team. You'll be the first point of contact with homeowners, introducing them to the benefits of solar energy and helping them take the first step toward energy independence.
What You’ll Be Doing:
•
Canvassing residential neighborhoods, engaging directly with homeowners
•
Educating prospects about the financial and environmental benefits of going solar
•
Scheduling free consultations for interested customers with our solar experts
•
Representing Firefly Solar with professionalism and enthusiasm
What We’re Looking For:
•
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•
Comfortable knocking on doors and initiating conversations with strangers
•
Self-motivated, resilient, and driven to succeed
•
Previous experience in door-to-door sales or customer service is an asset—but not required
•
Passionate about clean energy and making a difference
