Are you a motivated self-starter looking to make $150K or more a year? We are expanding our Solar Sales Team and looking for independent, driven individuals who want to change their income and their lives!
What We Offer:

$1,000 bonus after the site survey is completed.

80% commission payout after the installation is processed and accepted.

20% commission payout after activation.

Key Responsibilities:
•
Engage with homeowners directly to offer energy-saving solar solutions.
•
Present and sell solar panel systems, including our exclusive No Credit Solar Program.

Provide exceptional customer service and guidance to homeowners.

Qualifications
•
Proven experience in solar sales and energy sales
•
Strong negotiation and customer service skills
•
Proficiency in technical sales and outside sales
•
Familiarity with CRM software and Salesforce
•
Ability to communicate effectively, with or skills preferred
•
Experience in marketing and door-to-door sales is a plus
•
Leadership qualities to drive sales initiatives and team collaboration
