Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys building relationships with clients.

Duties:

- Generate leads

- Reach out to prospective customers through various channels, including door-to-door sales, phone calls, and emails

- Present product information and demonstrate the benefits to potential customers

- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales and expanding market reach

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions

Skills:

- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred

- Proficient in using software applications for sales tracking and customer relationship management (CRM)

- Experience in door-to-door sales or outside sales is a plus

- Knowledge of the solar industry and solar sales techniques is advantageous

- Strong market awareness and ability to identify potential customers

- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written forms

- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients

- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
