Description
•
NEXTGEN IS A PERMITED RECLAMATION FACILITY LOCATED IN DILLEY, TX. WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH EXPERIENCE RUNNING A 3 PHASE CENTRIFUGE RECLAIMING OIL FROM BS&W.
•
Run a bench centrifuge to ensure high quality oil is being produced and specs are being met.
•
Understand and manage treating BS&W with chemicals to enhance the separation process.
•
Operate and maintain solids control equipment including 3 phase centrifuge, shakers, and filters on a yard location.
•
Monitoring gauges, meters, and control panels
•
Operating valves and gates either manually or by remote control
•
Starting and stopping pumps and engines to control and adjust flow and treatment processes
•
Troubleshoots equipment issues and performs equipment maintenance
•
Documentation of all daily activity at worksite on daily logs
•
Understand all NextGen Crude's HSE requirements and Safe Work practices
•
Participate in Safety meetings
•
Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
•
Must be able to Pass Drug & Background Check.
•
Must provide valid ID
•
High School education or equivalent required
•
Experience with operation and maintenance of Solids Control/Waste Management equipment or heavy equipment, and oil field work.
•
Good communication, Promptness, Self-Reliant /Goal Oriented
•
Basic Literacy skills for completing daily reports
Mental Demands/Physical Demands/Environmental Factors:
•
Tools/Equipment Used: Shaker, centrifuge, forklift, & hand tools.
•
Posture: Prolonged standing; occasional bending/stooping, pushing/pulling, and twisting
•
Motion: Repetitive hand motions; frequent walking up/down steps ; occasional reaching
•
Lifting: Occasional heavy lifting and carrying (less than 50 pounds)
•
Environment: May work prolonged or irregular hours in different weather environments (Heat, Cold, Rain, etc.)
•
Mental Demands: Maintain emotional control under stress
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
Schedule:
•10 hour shift
10 hour shift
Work Location: In person
