JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Director Change Management is responsible for leading and managing organizational change initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and successful implementation of new processes, technologies, or strategies. This leadership role involves developing and executing change management strategies, engaging stakeholders, overseeing communication efforts, and ensuring employees are equipped with the necessary tools and training to navigate change effectively. The Senior Director Change Management works closely with senior leadership to align change initiatives with business goals, mitigate resistance, and foster a culture of adaptability. Additionally, this position monitors the progress of change efforts, assesses impact to employee morale and productivity, address risks, and ensures the organization achieves desired outcomes while minimizing disruptions. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a deep understanding of change management best practices and methodologies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIRED SKILLS* Expertise in in developing change management frameworks, tools, and strategies for enterprise initiatives.

REQUIRED SKILLS EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE* Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.

LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS* Relevant advanced change management certifications such a plus.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORKING CONDITIONS* Position Location is flexible. Remote work will be considered.

PAY RANGE* $146,000 - $270,000 Annually
