Sr Platform Engineer

: This is a hybrid (virtual/onsite) position with required onsite days on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday assigned to the Parnell East Office located in Jackson, MI.  The selected candidate must be within a commutable distance or willing to relocate (relocation package is available for those that qualify).

The Senior Platform Engineer provides virtual and physical infrastructure evaluation, design, implementation and 3rd Level technical support services to staff and customers on software systems by testing software and hardware products and maintaining associated documentation. The incumbent will provid e network infrastructure Life Cycle management including deployment services to meet business needs. Troubleshoots very difficult infrastructure problems which can involve other groups such as server, application load balancing, firewall, cloud, OT Controls, and Information Security peers. Utilize automation to remove waste effort and improve user experience. Responds and follows-up on internal and external customer support problems.
