Key Responsibilities:
•
Cultivate and nurture relationships with strategic referral partners to drive substantial revenue growth
•
Spearhead dynamic marketing efforts, leveraging social media, community events, and networking
•
Utilize advanced CRM tools for relationship management, strategic campaigns, and performance tracking
•
Represent the brand confidently at events, industry functions, and local gatherings
•
Provide outstanding service and support, becoming a trusted advisor to clients during critical situations
Ideal Qualifications:
•
Proven success with 2+ years in a sales, marketing, or business development role
•
Background in restoration, construction, insurance, or similar industries preferred
•
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; articulate and persuasive
•
Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive with strategic thinking capabilities
•
Confident in public speaking and comfortable initiating new connections
