Summer Intern (Youth Apprentice)

Overview:

Summer Internship opportunities for High School and College students:

Gain valuable real-world experience, skill development, and career exploration

with an electric cooperative.

Responsibilities:

Youth Apprentice for the Accounting & HR department-

Responsibilities: Ongoing projects in Accounting, HR, as well as assist Executive Assistant and Safety as needed.

Youth Apprentice/Intern for the Communications department-

Responsibilities: Assist with communication and marketing projects.

Youth Apprentice/Intern for the Engineering department-

Responsibilities: Assist with Engineering and Apparatus projects.

Youth Apprentice/Intern for the Fleet department-

Responsibilities: Truck washing, oil changes, minor mechanical issues, tag along on field repairs, housekeeping in the shop area.

Qualifications:

Preferred Skills/Program/Experience: Students attending automotive, business, communication/marketing, or Engineering classes with future goals of working in a professional business setting, automotive shop, or field services.
